My sense of self has been violated.

Odd. I just found that someone else on the planet is using the same nickname that I do.

Not only that, but they chose it for the same reasons I did. So, not only am I no longer a single, unique entity in the digital world, I'm not even all that creative. Then again, given the circumstances surounding the name I've chosen (which I'm keeping queit) I wouldn't be surprised if I wasn't just one of a long string of people who at some point or another, have chosen the nickname that I have. This also makes me think that maybe, just maybe, there is someone out there who thinks like I do.
